1. How to tell us you're withdrawing

Within 14 days of collecting the parcel, tell us in one of these ways:

• Fill in the withdrawal form – the fastest. We'll email you a confirmation with the exact date and time of receipt straight away.
• Write to info@pykpouches.com – give the order number and which boxes you're returning.
• Fill in the model form below and send it to us by email or post.

You meet the deadline if you send your notice before the 14 days are up.

2. When returns aren't possible

PYK is a food supplement in sealed packaging. If a box has been opened after delivery, it can no longer be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons (Civil Code Article 6.228¹⁰ paragraph 2, point 5). You can return unopened boxes from the same order. Exception – your first order: see “First box not for you”.

3. How to return the product

Send the product back within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Once we get your notice, we'll tell you where and how to send it (usually to an Omniva parcel locker in our name). You pay for the return shipping; an Omniva locker-to-locker parcel in Lithuania usually costs a few euros.

4. Refunds

• We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
• We refund using the same payment method you used, unless we explicitly agree otherwise. We don't charge any fees for the refund.
• We refund the price paid for the products. If you return the whole order – also the delivery charge (no more than our cheapest delivery option).
• If you return some of the boxes, we refund what you actually paid for the returned boxes (including the quantity price and discount code).
• We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or your proof that you sent it – whichever comes first.

5. If the product is defective, damaged or wrong

Write to info@pykpouches.com and attach a photo. Choose what you want: we'll replace the product or refund you. We pay shipping both ways. In this case an opened box can be returned too. Please report a defect within 2 months of noticing it; the law protects you for 2 years from receiving the product.

6. First box not for you

If this is your first PYK order and you didn't like your first box, write to info@pykpouches.com with the order number within 30 days of collecting the parcel. We'll refund the price you paid for one box within 14 days, using the same payment method. You don't need to send the opened box back. The guarantee is valid once per buyer; conditions – section 10 of the terms.

Model withdrawal form

Fill in and send this only if you want to withdraw from the contract. Using this form is optional – a clear statement is enough.
